DELHI HC REFUSES TO SHIFT SONAM WANGCHUK TO PRIVATE HOSPITAL

EMPLOYER’S DELAY IN MEDICAL RETIREMENT CANNOT DEFEAT COMPASSIONATE APPOINTMENT CLAIM: SC

The Supreme Court held that an employer cannot deny compassionate appointment merely because there was an administrative delay in processing an employee’s medical retirement.
