SC STAYS ORDER AWARDING ₹10 LAKH COMPENSATION TO MAN ALLEGEDLY ILLEGALLY ARRESTED BY UP POLICE

COURTS CANNOT FORCE PLAINTIFFS TO ACCEPT COMPENSATION INSTEAD OF INJUNCTIONS: SC
