Niacl apprentice Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality
- Applicants must be citizens of India.
- Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- The final graduation result should be declared between 01 January 2022 and 01 June 2026 (both dates inclusive). Candidates who completed graduation before 01 January 2022 or after 01 June 2026 are not eligible.
Niacl apprentice Experience Requirement
Applicants must be freshers and should not:
- Have undergone apprenticeship training earlier.
- Be currently pursuing apprenticeship training in any organization.
- Have one year or more of work experience after graduation.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:

Medium of Examination: English and Hindi (except General English section).
2. Regional Language Test
Candidates applying for a particular state must possess reading, writing, speaking, and understanding proficiency in the local language of that state.
Candidates who studied the local language in Class 10 or Class 12 may be exempted from the language test.
3. Document Verification
Candidates shortlisted based on merit will be called for document verification before final engagement.

Niacl apprentice How to Apply
Step 1 – Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Portal and complete your profile.
Step 2 – Apply for the NIACL Apprenticeship Program through the NATS portal.
Step 3 – Complete the application process on the BFSI SSC portal by providing personal, educational, and state preference details.
Step 4 – Upload required documents and pay the examination fee.
Step 5 – Submit the application before the closing date.
Important Terms of Apprenticeship
- Apprenticeship duration is 12 months.
- This apprenticeship does not guarantee employment in NIACL.
- Apprentices will not be treated as employees of the company.
- No provident fund, medical benefits, or other employee benefits will be provided.
- Candidates can apply for only one state.
- Final selection is subject to eligibility verification and successful completion of all selection stages.
