SC REFUSES TO INTERFERE WITH KARNATAKA HC ORDER IN BYJU’S-AKASH SHAREHOLDING DISPUTE

Case Name: Think and Learn Pvt Ltd vs Aakash Educational Services Pvt Ltd 

The Supreme Court dismissed Byju’s plea against the Karnataka High Court order that overturned the NCLT’s directive on maintaining shareholding status quo in Aakash Educational Services. The matter was withdrawn after Aakash assured no dilution of shares.

SC: ONE MAN’S PENETRATION ENOUGH TO CONVICT ALL FOR GANG RAPE UNDER COMMON INTENTION

Case Name: Raju @ Umakant vs. State of Madhya Pradesh
