SC APPROVES NJA GUIDELINES TO ENSURE JUDICIAL SENSITIVITY IN SEXUAL OFFENCE CASES

Case Name: In Re: Guidelines on Judicial Sensitivity in Sexual Offence Cases

The Supreme Court approved comprehensive guidelines prepared by an expert committee of the National Judicial Academy (NJA) to promote a survivor-centric approach in sexual offence trials.
