SC: ACCUSED NOT OBLIGATED TO CONFESS DURING INVESTIGATION
Case Name: Tusharbhai Rajnikantbhai Shah vs. State of Gujarat

This observation came while holding a police inspector and magistrate in contempt for violating an interim anticipatory bail order.
