 Mala in se –It means acts or behaviors that are inherently wrong or evil according to moral standards, regardless of whether they are prohibited by law. These are actions that are universally condemned due to their harmful or immoral nature.

  • Mala :- evil or wrong
  • Se :- itself or in itself

Example Murder is considered inherently wrong and evil by moral standards across cultures, even without legal prohibitions. It is universally condemned due to its intrinsic nature as a harmful and immoral act
