Lex Loci – It means “law of the place” or the legal rules and regulations that apply in a specific geographic location or jurisdiction.

  • Lex :- law
  • Loci :- place or location 

Example A marriage ceremony in which the legal rules and requirements of the location where the marriage took place dictate whether the marriage is considered valid or not.
