Caveat venditor

by | Sep 22, 2023

Caveat venditor – It means let the seller beware or the seller should exercise caution.

  • Venditor :- seller

Example – The seller should be diligent in providing accurate information about the product’s features, specifications, and any potential issues. This serves as a reminder that sellers should take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of what they’re selling, just as buyers are expected to be cautious (“caveat emptor”).
