Electronic contracts: An electronic contract, or e-contract, is a legally binding agreement created, signed, and stored in a digital format, often facilitated through electronic means such as email or online platforms.(Under Information Technology Act,2000)  

ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS

Electronic Transactions: Electronic transactions involve the online exchange of goods, services, or financial assets through digital platforms, typically using electronic payment methods, ensuring swift and secure transactions.(Under Information Technology Act,2000)

E-COMMUNICATION

E-communication: E-communication, short for electronic communication, refers to the exchange of information using electronic devices and technologies, such as email, instant messaging, or social media.(Under Information Technology Act,2000)  

DELEGATE

Delegate: Delegation is the act of assigning tasks, responsibilities, or authority to another person or group to accomplish a specific goal or function.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE

Digital Signature:A digital signature is a cryptographic technique that verifies the authenticity and integrity of digital messages or documents, ensuring they haven't been altered and were created by the expected sender.(Under Information Technology Act,2000)  

CERTIFY

Certify : The process of providing a digital signature certificate by a Certifying Authority, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of electronic documents and transactions.(Section 17 of Information Technology Act,2000)
