Coercion : Use of force, threats, intimidation, or other forms of pressure to compel someone to do something against their will or better judgment. (Section 15 of Indian Contract Act)  

Clause : A distinct and specific section within a written document, such as a contract, agreement, law, or legal document.

Claimant: The person making the claim.

Civil court : Court which does not hear criminal cases. (Section 9 of Civil Procedure Code)

Chargesheet : The documents on which a police officer records details of the accusations against a suspect. (Section 173 of Criminal Procedure Code)
