DEED

Deed : A legal document that serves as evidence of ownership, rights, or obligations related to real property (land and buildings) or personal property. Deeds are used to transfer or convey property from one party to another. (Section 27 of Stamp Act)

DECREE

Decree : An order by a court. (Section 2(2) of Civil Procedure Code)

DECEIT

Deceit :The act of intentionally misleading or tricking someone by providing false information, making false statements, or engaging in dishonest behavior with the intention to cause them to believe something that is not true. (Section 493 of Indian Penal Code)

DAMAGES

Damages : Money awarded by the court as an compensation. (Section 73 of Indian Contract Act)
