Aligned with the national visions of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Skill India, the initiative leverages CSIR’s extensive research infrastructure and scientific expertise. It caters to a wide range of beneficiaries including students, researchers, professionals, farmers, and rural communities. Having trained over 1.90 lakh individuals in Phases I & II, Phase III was launched in June 2025, training more than 14,000 trainees across 37 CSIR laboratories. CSIR-HRDC, Ghaziabad acts as the nodal monitoring authority.
